“Five stars all the way”
Reviewed 10th November 2015 My husband and I returned to Norfolk Island for our second visit and selected The Tin Sheds again for our accommodation as we had a perfect time there last year and we were so happy we did. The accommodation is simply stunning. Comfortable and well maintained and serviced so well daily, close to town and restaurants etc. It would be hard to find a better place to stay in our opinion and we will be back again soon. Stayed November 2015, travelled as a couple “Perfect choice for a relaxing break”
Reviewed 8th November 2015 The accommodation is excellent. The apartment is spacious, modern and well-equipped with everything you could need. There is a large garden with an amazing deck and outdoor cooking facilities. Plus there is a fantastic sauna, gym and spa pool at the centre of the property. The staff that met us and serviced our apartment were also very friendly and helpful. Many thanks. Stayed October 2015, travelled as a couple “This is an outstanding place to stay. Jump in the little red Fiat. The perfect car to explore the island!”
Reviewed 29th October 2015 Extremely well located. Short stroll to the Campos coffee shop and the heart of town. Spacious, luxurious unit with push button everything. Great outdoor spaces, flashy bbq area and private garden lush with local flora. Modern kitchen with every thing you need to cook up a storm! Or, take on Sharni's suggestions for top notch restaurants all organised within 30 mins of our arrival. Take a tour with Rick Klein. And, go back and explore in the Fiat (top down). Internal private laundry, quiet location even though you're in the middle of town. We thoroughly recommend staying here! Stay a week to enjoy the Tin Shed. Try some local lettuce - it has taste. The bed is good. Thanks, Sharni for making our stay wonderful. Room Tip: Stay in unit 2 - it was in a sunny spot. Stayed October 2015, travelled as a couple “Luxurious Tin Sheds”
Reviewed 19 August 2015 Do not let the name Tin Sheds put you off, these apartments are not in any way like tin sheds, they are fantastic luxurious apartments the like of which you would be hard pushed to find in any top hotel. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The little Fiat is not the most comfortable for getting in and out of if you have back problems however it is perfect for the little lanes. We spent a week there and will be returning as soon as we can. Stayed August 2015, travelled as a couple “Luxury Five Star Accommodation”
Reviewed 11 March 2015 It was our pleasure to stay at The Tin Sheds recently. We did not have booking, but due to a cancellation we were able to stay in Apt 2. Sharni met us and showed us around, explaining the features to us. From the light switches, in-drawer fridge, dishwasher, freezer and self closing drawers, we were very impressed. The B.b.q was most impressive, and almost too perfect to use. It was the gardens that gave us the feeling of our own little piece of paradise. Beautifully landscaped with an array of sub tropical plants, all beautifully maintained. There is not a thing I can criticise about it. It was a special place for us to stay on our first visit to Norfolk. Thanks again Sharni. P.S. We loved our bright yellow fiat Convertible. Room Tip: Only three units in the complex. Apt 3 is larger than 1 or 2 Stayed February 2015, travelled as a couple |

Amy Cooper revels in the paradox of catering at a place called 'Tin Sheds', Norfolk Island's first five-star accommodation. I caress the manifold utensils. I ogle the shiny pots. I purr over the pans and the glassware. I play with the remote controls that command things to open and close. The kitchen at Apartment One at the Tin Sheds is, simply, a symphony of design and gadgetry and I am already seduced.
